The CLUEY GRIDSPOTTER is an all-in-one solution for high-resolution recording of load flows in local network transformer stations and cable distribution cabinets, designed for fast installation and durable, secure operation.
The system provides the necessary data basis for transparent grid management, the integration of new consumers and generators, and the implementation of grid-supportive control concepts in accordance with Section 14a EnWG.
Thanks to its robust IP65-protected housing and particularly low installation height, the CLUEY GRIDSPOTTER is ideally suited for use in confined installation situations. Even in compact cable distribution cabinets, the system can be retrofitted easily and space-savingly, without extensive modifications or additional housings.

Everything in one device
The CLUEY GRIDSPOTTER combines all components required for load flow monitoring in one compact system consisting of a power supply, GRIDALYZER voltage measurement module, industrial cellular router, and communication and control unit.
Current is recorded via easily installable, daisy-chain-wired GRIDALYZER current sensor modules. This allows all outgoing feeders to be recorded on a phase-resolved basis. The modular sensor architecture enables flexible adaptation to different station and distribution cabinet sizes.
Secure communication for critical infrastructure
For data transmission, the CLUEY GRIDSPOTTER relies on an integrated industrial cellular router, specifically designed for the requirements of critical infrastructure.
The communication platform is based on proven industrial technology with a robust industrial design for demanding environmental conditions, high reliability and investment security, as well as extensive cybersecurity functions.
In addition, there is centralized device and fleet management, zero-touch provisioning for an efficient rollout of large quantities, and long-term product availability of over 15 years. Communication takes place either via public cellular networks or the 450 MHz cellular network specifically provided for critical infrastructure.
Via the central configuration platform, configurations, firmware updates, and security updates can be rolled out automatically, and device fleets can be managed efficiently. This significantly reduces operating effort and ensures secure and economical operation throughout the entire lifecycle.
Open interfaces for grid control technology
The CLUEY GRIDSPOTTER integrates seamlessly into existing smart grid and grid control solutions. For communication with higher-level systems, the standards IEC 60870-5-104 and MQTT Sparkplug B, established in the energy industry, are supported.
This allows measured values, states, and events to be efficiently transmitted to grid control systems, data platforms, and digital twins.
