to go into more detail. With a tour of the com­pa­ny and a chance to get to know the team.

Trial period

Optional trial period to get to know each other even better.

Employment contract

and induction programme for a structured start to the comtac team.

Starting at comtac – how to get off to a good start

Right from the start, everyone should feel comfortable, have clear expectations and know who to turn to if they have any questions.

Well prepared

All important information is provided before you start work.

First day at work

A special day accompanied by the team leader or management to facilitate initial insights.

Induction programme

Individually tailored, it accompanies you for the first 3 months.

Feedback meeting

Regular exchanges clarify any open questions and ensure a smooth transition.

Progress review

A review meeting is held halfway through the probationary period.

End of probationary period

During the meeting, experiences are shared and recorded in a probationary period report.

Team

New employees quickly find their place in a friendly atmosphere where enjoyment of working together is important.

Personal development

Internal training and coaching are important to us and are supplemented by external workshops.

Performance review

Annual reviews are held to discuss personal development, looking back on the past year and planning for the future.
