Measuring relevant grid parameters and evaluating them with AI support: with these capabilities, the GRIDALYZER sets new standards in transformer station monitoring. The robust and intelligent device offers distribution network operators a precise and easy-to-install solution for the increasing control requirements caused by volatile feed-in and new load flows. The GRIDALYZER is therefore the most professional response to the requirements of Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG).

Our modular power meter measures current, voltage, cosPhi, active power, reactive power, apparent power, harmonics and power quality parameters on up to 20 outgoing lines simultaneously. It detects cross-currents, backflows, imbalances and quality criteria that were previously hidden. What makes it special is its integrated AI-based anomaly detection with machine learning, which continuously analyses measured values and does not require an external platform. Anomalies such as flicker are reliably detected so that measures can be taken immediately. Installation is simple: QR code-based assignment clearly connects measuring points; Rogowski sensors can be mounted without tools and feature diagnostic functions via USB and LED display. The compact housing is IP67-protected, withstands high temperatures and can be flexibly installed using a top-hat rail, magnet or cable tie. Modbus RTU allows the system to be seamlessly integrated into existing systems, enabling fast, reliable recording of network variables and intelligent quality assessment.

The Cluey EM as a complete system

The universally applicable power meter can be ideally supplemented with configurable controllers and monitors from our Cluey product family, especially the Cluey EM. As a very compact and quick-to-install solution for grid transparency and data acquisition in accordance with Section 14a of the Energy Industry Act, the Cluey EM was specially designed for monitoring load flows in transformer stations and cable distributors. It is particularly suitable for further processing the measured values collected by the GRIDALYZER, which are transmitted using modern mobile communication standards with communication via MQTT/JSON, and enables remote updates for the GRIDALYZER, the AI algorithms and the Cluey EM itself.
